This is Jack McKillop's Combat Chronology of World War II.  I have tried to make this read a little more consistent.  There are still some inconsistencies that I will work on.

In the future I intend to further break this down by Theater, Numbered Air Force, Command, Airborne, Strategic and Tactical Operations.
